GAOA’s 2007 Sports Officials of the Year

Association’s Leadership,

This is to provide you the opportunity to nominate candidates to be considered for the Georgia Athletic Officials’ Association (GAOA) Official-of-the-Year in each of the sports listed on page 2 of the enclosed nomination form.  The officials you nominate should be GAOA members of the highest character, respected among their peers, and recognized as leaders in officiating; they should be role models for other officials to emulate.

     Each official selected for these prestigious awards, along with his or her guest, will receive an invitation to the annual banquet of the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association which will be held June 2, 2007, at  11:00 a.m. at the North West Georgia Trade Center in Dalton, Georgia.
